Winter Blues
OK guys and gals, it’s that time of year again when the cold, dry air affects so many of us. I am still pleased to say that I have none of the symptoms of my psoriasis, let me know how you’re doing and what is and isn’t working for you. We all need to work together to minimize the effects during this tough time of year. Holidays can be stressful as well, which just exacerbates the symptoms. How is everyone doing?

Only found out from reading this site I have psoriasis, had it for a long time now as long as i can remember anyway, i am 26 years of age and it causes me allot of discomfort, essepcially in the cold weather. I always thought it was Exezma and nevr gave it another thought but over the past couple of years its slowly getting worse and worse. but i would like to say I have found this website very good
